Zuma, the globally celebrated contemporary Japanese restaurant brand with over 25 locations worldwide, is debuting within The Sebastian – Vail this Winter 2025 – 2026 season.

The first U.S. alpine destination will introduce Zuma’s signature izakaya-style dining, world-class bar program, and dynamic après-ski energy to one of North America’s most iconic mountain destinations.
