When you arrive, head to the Adventure Concierge on the Lobby Level to get fitted for your rentals or to make a new rental reservation. Once you are fitted, Adventure Concierge will valet your gear over to Base Camp at Gondola One. Base Camp is a short 5 to 10-minute walk, transportation services can be provided upon request and availability.
Reserve your equipment at least 24-hours in advance to receive 20% savings, and we will ensure your gear is delivered slopeside for effortless access to the slopes.

Here, you can get fitted for ski and snowboard equipment, and our team will handle the rest—your gear will be conveniently sent to our slopeside Base Camp location at Gondola One, so it’s ready for you when you hit the mountain.
