The Residences at The Sebastian offer ownership through the Private Residence Club. Club Ownership is purchased as fractional real estate interests. Fractional real estate is an undivided and deeded real estate interest with individual ownership of the shared real estate residence. This offers Owners flexibility in usage of the residences, in addition to being able to pass their interest onto heirs and sell if desired.
Planning Your Stay
Each Club Ownership interest provides Owners with a guaranteed number of planned vacation weeks each year during the summer and winter seasons, in addition to space-available and short-notice stays upon Club availability and reservation procedures.
Planned Weeks
Reserved in MayEach May, Owners may book two Planned Winter Weeks and two Planned Summer Weeks. These weeks are available in either a two- or three-bedroom residence.
Space Available
Reserved in AdvanceAfter Planned Weeks, Owners may book Space Available time. An Owner may book two additional Space Available weeks at a time.
Housekeeping fees are not included.
Short Notice
Booked Within 30 Days of ArrivalIn addition to Space Available, Owners are able to book additional Short Notice weeks, upon availability. When an Owner arrives for their Short Notice weeks, they may book a future stay.
