Join us for an evening with Damon Ornowski, one of the few master sommeliers in the world. Ornowski will be presenting a selection of his favorite Nickel & Nickel wines, perfectly paired with a four-course meal curated by our executive chef, Tyson Peterson.

Vintner Dinner Series with Fritz Hatton of Arietta Wines

This winter, The Sebastian-Vail is launching a Vintner Dinner Series, which will feature prominent winemakers, exclusive receptions and paired, four-course dinners. This week’s guest speaker is Fritz Hatton, owner of Arietta Wines.

The event starts with a private reception, hosted by Hatton with sparkling wine and passed hors d’oeuvres at 6:30 PM. The dinner is featuring a four-course meal paired with Arietta wines. Seating begins at 6:15 PM.
