4th of July BBQ & Pig Roast
Come soak up the sun on our Mountain View Terrace as we celebrate the 4th of July with a BBQ & Caja China pig roast with Executive Chef, Tyson Peterson.
Enjoy made-to-order, fresh off the grill fare to include lamb lollipops, herbed chicken, Rocky Mountain burgers, Kobe hot dogs, veggie kababs, and more.
No BBQ is complete without ice cold beer and craft cocktails to enjoy under the Colorado sun. All ages are welcome, there will be a kids’ menu, refreshing homemade cookie sandwiches, pushpops, and popsicles!
