Lance Thompson As Director of Resorts Operations, Lance Thompson oversees Timbers Resorts’ service culture and hospitality from an executive level. Since joining Timbers Resorts, he has been instrumental in managing One Steamboat Place, A Signature Development of Timbers Resorts, and its slopeside restaurant, the Truffle Pig. He previously served as the Vice President of Operations for The PlumpJack Group and held various posts with Auberge Resorts and the Four Seasons Biltmore in Santa Barbara, as well as Bernardus Lodge and The Lodge at Pebble Beach on the Monterey Peninsula. Originally from Carmel, California, Lance, his wife Jenny and their two sons, Tyce and Ryder, are enjoying living in Colorado. |

Ann Lynch Ann Sutherland Lynch brings over twenty years of experience in sales and marketing with an emphasis on Travel & Tourism and Leisure & Group Sales. Formerly with Gold Key Resorts/PHR Inc., she most recently held the position of Vice President of eCommerce where she directed and oversaw online revenue, Web analysis, the reservation call center, revenue management and restaurant marketing. Prior to that post, she served as the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for Destination Hotels & Resorts where she was responsible for a portfolio of ten properties in seven resort destinations. |

Paul Wade Paul Wade brings a tremendous depth of experience in all facets of food and beverage management to The Sebastian. With a national reputation for his creative, unpretentious approach to restaurant design and niche food styles such as hand crafted organic, sustainable and small farm food sources, Paul has garnered coveted awards such as Conde Nast Traveler Gold List Top 5 Global food scores 4 years running, Di-RoNA awards, New York Times 4 stars, Food & Wine magazine Top 50 Hotel Restaurants in America, Food and Wine top 10 chefs of Hawaii, AAA Four and Five Diamond awards, the Mobil Travel Guide Four Star award and a feature chef dinner hosted by Jacques Pepin at the James Beard House. As Executive Chef for Vail Resorts, he created and launched The 10th at mid-mountain Vail. His past roles include The Peaks at Telluride, The Inn at Palmetto Bluff with Auberge Resorts, the Little Nell’s Montagna, the Eldorado Hotel in Sante Fe, Aspen Ski Company and the Four Seasons Wailea in Hawaii. Originally, from California’s Wine Country, Paul has a true passion for food and beverage. Paul enjoys the mountains, cycling, music, science and the food and beverage arts. |

Eric Cucchi Appointed Resort Manager in December, 2012, Eric Cucchi ensures attention to detail, exemplary service standards and complete guest satisfaction. In this position, Eric oversees all Front Office and Rooms operations for The Sebastian. His experience in hospitality began at the Front Desk and continued with him advancing to supervisory and management positions in many of the operational areas which now fall under his purveyance. Originally hailing from North Carolina, Eric is now almost a Colorado native, having lived more than a decade here. He’s an avid traveler and outdoor sports enthusiast and rarely goes more than a couple days without skiing, biking or climbing. |

Sergio Howland The Sebastian’s Executive Chef, Sergio Howland, has had a passion for the culinary arts since he was young and opted to watch cooking shows while his peers watched cartoons. A native of Mexico City, Sergio's interest in cooking led to an education at the esteemed Culinary Arts Institute in Hyde Park, New York. Throughout his career, Sergio has had the opportunity to work for several Michelin starred houses including Arzak Restaurant in San Sebastian, Spain; El Cingle in Barcelona, Spain; and Auberge du Soleil in Napa, Valley, California. He’s also served as Executive Chef at The Bristol Buenaventura in Panama and Esperanza Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico – A Signature Development of Timbers Resorts. Sergio’s menus change seasonally at Leonora yet maintain an emphasis on innovative dishes and crudo with an alpine-inspired sensibility. |

Ivonne van Loveren Ivonne oversees all aspects of Bloom Spa at The Sebastian, bringing extensive hands-on leadership in business development, consulting and project/product/program management. Ivonne's career in the spa industry has taken her all over the world to destinations including The Sanctuary in Qatar; Almond Resort in Barbados; The Fontainebleau in Miami and Las Vegas; as well as Trump International Hotel & Tower in Chicago and Las Vegas. Prior to joining Bloom Spa, she served as Executive Spa Director at Sonnenalp Resort of Vail for eight years and founded her own business, Global Spa Consulting. |

Jeniffer Murray With more than 16 years of professional human resources experience including executive recruitment, corporate level human resources directorship and consulting, Jeniffer is an integral member of the team at The Sebastian. Prior to joining The Sebastian, Jeniffer worked at several distinct luxury resort companies including Pebble Beach Company, Carmel Valley Ranch, Bernardus Lodge and Quail Lodge Golf Clubs in California. |
