Market is The Sebastian-Vail’s internationally inspired café, offering breakfast and lunch daily, seasonally, and featuring Dazbog coffees.  Plus, it’s a wonderful coffee house hang out.  Market offers an easy and delightful breakfast if you’re in a hurry to get out on the slopes.  Or, if you feel like lingering, the atmosphere is perfect for sipping an espresso, enjoying a home-made pastry and reading the WSJ.

Market offers boutique coffees and teas, espresso and cappuccino, creative and healthful juices and smoothies, pastries, our popular beignets, breakfast burritos, hot breakfast sandwiches, flatbreads, salads, burgers and more. 

Hours are daily from 7am to 2pm. 

Breakfast is available from 7am to 11am. 
From 11am to 2pm, Market is open for craft coffees, flatbreads, salads burgers, fish 'n chips and the like.
