Vintners' Dinners
For a truly special Vail dining experience, The Sebastian - Vail offers monthly Vintners' Dinners that will please the palate of you and your guests. Each month, a visiting vintner selects wines to complement a five course dinner at Block 16. Executive Chef Sergio Howland creates perfect pairings based on the Vintner's Selections. Past visiting winemakers have included Bryan Page from Page Cellars, Dean DeKorth from Bernardus Winery, Doug Margerum of Margerum Wine Company, and Captûre Wines.
Join us for a weekend of wine with winemaker Steve Clifton. Steve is the owner of Palmina Wines as well as part owner of Brewer-Clifton wines. On Friday, enjoy a wine tasting reception with Steve Clifton's favorites from the Palmina Wine cellar. On Saturday, a four course tasting menu will be perfectly paired with the wines from the Brewer-Clifton winery.
