The Concierge Staff at The Sebastian is replete with lots of Vail locals. They are there at your service to make arrangements prior to your arrival as well as tend to any of your needs during your stay. Services include transportation of all kinds, scheduled and private air service can be arranged. Transfers from Denver International Airport or from  Eagle Vail Airport. We can also arrange private ski lessons, lift tickets if you have not included them in your Ski Free Spa Free package. Every  sort of adventure outing can be arranged from tee times, hiking, machine gun tours and zip lining.  

Of course the Concierge staff will arrange all your dining reservations for your entire stay they will of course ensure that you will get preferred seating times at Leonora as well as schedule any child care needs you may have to ensure you have that romantic dinner for 2, while traveling with your children. Once you have made your reservation with us the Concierge will contact you for all the final details.
